My Reports functionality latest update - 09 April 2024

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing technical challenges with the updated My Reports functionality in our new Portal and need more time to resolve these.

In order not to inconvenience you further, we have found a solution that has enabled us to reinstate the previous version of My Reports so that that is available to you whilst our team continues to resolve the outstanding issues on the new platform.

Your login details for this system remain unchanged. You can continue to access the reporting features using the same credentials as before (username and password as it was on 22 February 2024).

We sincerely apologise for the ongoing inconvenience, thank you again for your patience and understanding. We will update again when we have resolved the current issues and are ready to launch the new My Reports.
